This is my new OC Never :3 for :iconocbz:

Name: Never and Ever After brothers
Never- age: 7 Ever- Age: 5

Likes: friends, playing, and new places
Dislikes: bullying, war, and drugs

These brothers were orphans since they were very young, abused badly and left alone, they fight for survival. the older one walks on stilts to keep his legs working fine since they are almost paralized severely and the younger one has been transformed to a scarf with glowing green eyes, he got transformed by a evil scientist that has a unknown origin so the two try to find a potion strong enough to help them out seeking new adventure and friends on the way they go to figure things out. =3

Both of them know some powerful moves to learn tactics, Never knows a move called Bolt Lighting and Ever has a move called Powerful Bite. do you guys like them
